On Monday, the Federal Transit Administration issued a rule that will make it easier for Metro riders to get the subway, bus, and rail services they want without a hassle or cost.
The agency is now issuing a notice that makes it easier to use a smartphone app called MetroLink, which lets Metro riders order train and bus services using their phones.
The MetroLink app lets Metro users order the same rail, bus and subway services that they use on their smartphones, and it automatically creates an order when a Metro rider reaches a station.
The app works on iPhones, Android and Windows phones, and the MetroLink service is available on the Metro, MetroLink Express and MetroLink buses, as well as on the trains and rail systems of all D.O.C.-area Metro lines.
The MetroLink system is free and open to the public.
The new rule, which was issued on Monday, applies to MetroLink only, not the Metrobus and MetroRail systems that connect Washington, D.R., Maryland, Virginia, and Northern Virginia.
It will apply to MetroRail service on the DCT and the Greenbelt.
The rules also apply to the Metro’s “Smartcard” payment cards, which can be used for transit and other purchases.
MetroLink is one of several smartcards that can be purchased at Metro stations, including the Blue, Gold, and Silver options, and at a discount at the stations.
The app is available for iPhone, Android, and Windows devices.
MetroLink can also be used with smartphones, tablets, and PCs.
Users can get the Metro Link app from the Metrolink website.
Metro Link is available to users of MetroLink’s Blue, Silver, Gold and Silver plans and is available only on the Blue and Silver plan.
Users must have a MetroLink account to get MetroLink.
Metro Link is free to use on the public Metro.
Metro users can pay for MetroLink using a MetroCard or MetroLink card, which they can then use on MetroLink trains, buses and rail lines.
Metro customers can also pay using their mobile device, or by filling out an online payment method that works for them.
Metro users must have MetroLink accounts to use MetroLink mobile apps and Metro Link payment cards.
MetroPass users can get MetroPass from the Blue or Silver plan, but users who don’t have a Blue or Gold or Silver MetroPass must buy a MetroPass card.
Metropass is not required to use the MetroPass program.
The rules also clarify that MetroLink does not allow MetroPass to be used to pay for other Metro services.
Users who pay using a smartphone must enter their PIN, or password, when entering their payment information.
They must also log in to the app and use their MetroPass account to pay using the Metro Card or MetroPass.
Users may only use their app to pay when using MetroLink or the MetroRail system.
MetroPass and MetroPass cards do not have an expiration date, and Metro users must renew them each time they use them.
Metro Pass cards are only valid for up to one year.
The current MetroPass expiration date is October 1, 2020.
The rule also requires MetroLink to update its app for iPhone and Android to make it better suited to smartphones, but MetroLink is not obligated to do so.
It’s unclear how the update will be implemented, or how MetroLink will implement the rule.
A similar rule issued by the Federal Railroad Administration in November 2016 required MetroLink customers to have a monthly card plan, called a MetroRail plan, to make use of the app.
The rule was part of the agency’s $10 billion plan to modernize and expand the Metro rail system.
The D.U.C.’s new rule is just one example of how Metro is trying to address challenges with the Metro app.
In the past, Metro has been slow to update the app for iOS and Android devices.
A Metro app update has been delayed several times since it was announced in February.
Metro has also been slow with updating its apps for Windows phones.
It has been working on a Windows phone version of Metro, but has not announced the project, which would have allowed users to use apps from MetroLink on Windows phones with MetroLink cards.
